Rachel
Rachel heads up the Safe+Well™ service. She is a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) with 20 years experience. Rachel loves ensuring we provide an excellent service for all our customers by offering the very best advice and products from qualified staff who know their stuff!
Helen
Helen is also an OT who has 20 years experience (we're showing our age!). Helen works from our head office in Leicestershire running a telephone helpline and supporting the other Safe+Well™ team members. You can also see her starring in the videos of daily living aids if you take our online questionnaire!
All our OTs are members of the British Association of Occupational Therapists and The College of Occupational Therapists. They are also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and are Enhanced DBS checked.
