Free Safe+Well™ Telecare Advice

What is Telecare and how can it help?

Telecare equipment raises an alarm if you fall or are in difficulties.

It links via your telephone line to a monitoring centre. Trained staff in the monitoring centre will be able to talk to you through the alarm unit in your home.

They can call a family member or friend to come and help you.

If your problem is serious the monitoring centre staff will call the emergency services for an ambulance to come to your home.
